NUP type cylindrical roller bearing

Cylindrical roller bearings come in various designs, series, variants, and sizes. The main design differences lie in the number of columns of the rollers, the design and material of the inner/outer ring flanges, and the retainer.

Bearings can cope with the challenges of radial overload and high speed applications. Adapting to axial displacement (except for bearings with flanges on both inner and outer rings), they provide high stiffness, low friction, and long service life.

Cylindrical roller bearings also offer sealed or split designs. In sealed bearings, the rollers have anti pollution, waterproof, and dust-proof protection to retain lubricants while eliminating contamination. This results in lower friction and longer service life. Split bearings are mainly used for bearing configurations that are difficult to reach, such as crankshafts, as they can simplify maintenance and replacement.
 

NUP type single row cylindrical roller bearing

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand radial heavy loads and high-speed applications. The NUP type bearing has integral retaining edges on both sides of the outer ring, integral retaining edges on one side of the inner ring, and movable retaining rings on the other side, which can be bi-directional positioned on the shaft. An important feature is the detachable design, which facilitates installation and allows the various components of the bearing to be interchangeable.
